Directions
Place apple cider in the bottom of a crock-pot or slow-cooker followed by the pork shoulder, fat cap on top. Note: if you have string around the pork shoulder, remove it. Top with Sweet and Smoky BBQ. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. In the last 30 minutes, pull meat off bone and shred using two forks. Serve hot.
