Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All of our products are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow up to 5 business days to process and fulfill your order.

We do not ship via USPS. All of our packages are shipped using UPS or FedEx. Once the carrier picks up the package, it typically takes 2-5 business days to receive your order depending on location. 

An email notification with tracking information will be sent to you when your packages have shipped.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not ship to PO Box addresses, only street addresses. Calicutts Spice Co. is not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, undelivered, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or delays caused by UPS or FedeEx due to weather or other causes that are outside of our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer shipping outside of the United States.

RETURNS

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with one of our products for any reason, please let us know within 2 weeks of receipt, and we will be more than willing to work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
