Ingredients
For the Vinaigrette:
¼ C Champagne Vinegar
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Honey
¾ C Olive Oil
1 tsp Calicutts Salt & Pepper Blend
For the Salad:
8 C Mixed Winter Greens
2 Ripe Pears, cored and thinly sliced
1 C Walnuts
½ C Dried Cranberries
4 oz Blue Cheese, crumbled
Directions
Whisk vinegar, mustard, honey, and Salt & Pepper Blend together in a small bowl. Once incorporated, slowly whisk in oil until emulsified.
Over medium heat, place walnuts in a skillet to toast. Stir occasionally for 5-7 minutes or until toasted.
Toss greens with vinaigrette and plate. Top with pears, walnuts, cranberries, and cheese. Enjoy!
