Burgers are a staple at our house in the summer. Simple, easy, and less mess in the kitchen. Can I get an amen? So, a burger blend seemed to only be natural to this summer's line up of flavors. Peppercorns paired with hickory salt and freshly dried parsley give this summer staple a new depth of flavor that pairs perfectly with our family's favorite - smash burgers with caramelized onions and melted cheese will make your next backyard picnic or weeknight meal and smashing success.
