Jessica here. Summer is in full swing, which means that our pizza steel is pipping hot on the regular at the Hughes household. We love having pizza nights because it is communal, easy, and mess free when we use our steel on the grill. No matter how you make at home pizzas, this will quickly become one of your favorites. Creamy ricotta, sweet honey and cayenne heat, from Calicutts Hot Honey Spice Blend, topped with Brussel sprouts, leeks, and mozzarella. Healthy and indulgent without the grease. It is a win-win in my book!
Hot Honey Brussel Sprout Pizza

Ingredients
1 Pizza dough, pre-made or store bought
Directions
Prepare pizza dough as directed on packaging, including pre-heating oven to appropriate temperature.
In a skillet over medium-heat, add olive oil and sauté Brussel sprouts and leeks until softened and browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix ricotta and Hot Honey blend. Spread on pizza dough.
Top the ricotta with cooked Brussel sprouts mixture followed by the shredded cheese.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, checking periodically to pop any bubbles in the crust.
Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve.
