Simply blend all of the ingredients together - creamy yogurt, sweet bell peppers, bright lemon juice, fresh cucumber, the herbal notes of Calicutts' Goddess Spice Blend, and more. Refrigerate and serve with your own special touch - edible flowers, thinly sliced cucumbers, lemon zest, and a sprinkle of olive oil.

Ingredients
1 English cucumber, cut into 1 inch pieces
½ Shallot, quartered
1¼ Greek yogurt, plain
¼ tsp Lemon zest
3 Tbsp Calicutts Goddess Blend
Directions
Combine ingredients in blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, approximately 4 minutes. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
To serve, top with fresh herbs, sliced cucumber, lemon zest, edible flowers, and/or olive oil.
