Callies Little Hot Biscuit mixes), you can add just about anything you like to make them unique to your tastes. These Baltimore biscuits are a big hit in my family, and I hope they are in yours as well.
Baltimore Biscuits with Cheese and Chives
Ingredients
1 Bag of Callie’s Little Hot Biscuit Mix
2 C Buttermilk
2 oz Cream Cheese
6 oz Butter, separated
2 Tbsp Baltimore
1/3 c Cheddar, thickly shredded
2 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped
Directions
In a large bowl, combine Callie’s Little Hot Biscuit Mix with Baltimore until thoroughly blended.
Prepare Callie’s Little Hot Biscuit Mix as instructed. When you roll them out to knead, add cheese and chives and incorporate throughout.
Cook as instructed.
